Scope of application
These conditions of participation apply to the school travel campaign organized by the Einfache Gesellschaft Schulwegkampagne.
Participation
The campaign will take place between 12.08.2024 and 30.09.2024.
There will be a prize draw at the end.
To take part in the prize draw, it is necessary to register using the participation form shown.
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their data.
The closing date for entries is 30.09.2024.
Registrations made after 30.09.2024 will not be considered.
Only one submitted registration per participant will be entered into the competition.
The use of multiple e-mail addresses to increase the chances of winning is not permitted.
By participating, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
Beyond this, the participant does not enter into any obligations towards the organizer or third parties.
Participation is free of charge.
Eligibility
Only natural persons of legal age who are resident in Switzerland are eligible to participate.
All natural or legal persons involved in the design and implementation of the competition (e.g. agencies) are not eligible to participate in the competition.
Sweepstake associations and automated sweepstake services are also not eligible to participate.
In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons.
Justified reasons include, but are not limited to, manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the competition, violations of these conditions of participation, unauthorized actions or false information in connection with participation in the competition.
Einfache Gesellschaft Schulwegkampagne may also disqualify winners (retrospectively) and reclaim the prizes credited.
The entrant acknowledges that this competition is in no way connected to Facebook/Instagram/X (formerly Twitter)/LinkedIn/YouTube and in particular is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook/Instagram/X (formerly Twitter)/LinkedIn/YouTube.
The participant hereby fully releases Facebook/Instagram/X (formerly Twitter)/LinkedIn/YouTube from any and all claims in connection with this competition.
All information is provided solely by the Simple Society School Travel Campaign and not by Facebook/Instagram/X (formerly Twitter)/LinkedIn/YouTube, and the entrant is not providing his/her information under this competition to Facebook/Instagram/X (formerly Twitter)/LinkedIn or YouTube, but to the Simple Society School Travel Campaign.
Determining the winners and sending the prize
The prize is:
- 1x driver safety training for 1 person with a Swissdrive partner.
The training lasts one day and includes topics such as driving dynamics/emergency braking/correct assessment of emergency situations and traffic partners.
The training can be completed at the following locations: Driving Center (Sennwald/ASSR Regensdorf/Safenwil), at Driving Graubünden or at the CFR in Savigny

The winners of the prize draws will be notified by e-mail.
The risk is transferred to the winner upon dispatch or deposit.
The prize will only be handed over to the winner.
It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash.
The organizer shall bear any costs incurred for sending the prizes.
Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner.
The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not contact the organizer within 3 weeks of being requested to do so twice, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Termination of the competition
The competition ends on 30.09.2024.
However, Einfache Gesellschaft Schulwegkampagne reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time, in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competition cannot be carried out or continued for organizational, technical or legal reasons.
If the competition is canceled or terminated for these reasons, the participants have no claims against the organizer.
Exclusion of legal recourse
No correspondence will be entered into regarding competitions.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Any warranty and liability of the organizer in connection with the competition is excluded.
Data protection
The organizer processes personal data collected as part of the competition in order to carry out the competition, to comply with legal obligations and to protect legitimate interests in connection with the competition.
Without the consent of the participants, the organizer will not use the personal data and personal information collected during the competition for marketing, advertising or other statistical purposes, nor will Einfache Gesellschaft Schulwegkampagne publish the participants’ data.
The organizer points out that all personal data of participants will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without their consent.
This does not apply to companies commissioned to run the competition and the partners declared in the competition, who may collect, store and use the data for the purpose of running the competition and for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies must be enabled in order to enable problem-free participation in the competition.

Applicable law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the organizer.
The organizer’s competitions are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of international conflict of laws provisions.
